Refund Policy

If any Evence guide isn't what you needed, email hello@tryevence.com within 14 days of your purchase. We'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

You can keep the PDF. There's nothing to return.

How it works

Email us your order confirmation or the email you used at checkout. We process refunds through Paddle, our payment processor. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What this applies to

All one-time digital purchases from Evence: ebooks, workbooks, and bundles. Subscription products, when they launch later in 2026, will have their own separate policy.

After 14 days

Requests made after 14 days are reviewed case by case. Reach out — we'd rather hear from you than lose your trust. For a refund claimed because a guide doesn't work as described (corrupted file, missing pages, wrong format), there's no time limit: we'll make it right.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state. If you're in the UK or EU, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent apply. If you're in the US, your rights under state consumer protection laws apply. This policy is in addition to those rights.
